亞洲啤酒錦標賽（Asia Beer Championship）始于2018年，由Asia Brewers Network舉辦。賽事只對在亞洲商業釀造的啤酒開放，旨在支持亞洲地區快速發展的優質啤酒文化賽事。評審團均由經過專業培訓的國際釀酒師和得到BJCP認證的啤酒評委組成。通過評審的獨立反饋幫助釀酒商調整生產流程，為消費者提供一個值得信賴的質量基準。
The Asia Beer Championship, initiated in 2018, is organized by the Asia Brewers Network. This competition exclusively caters to commercially brewed beers in Asia, with the aim of supporting the rapid development of high-quality beer culture in the Asian region. The judging panel consists of professionally trained international brewers and beer judges certified by BJCP. The independent feedback provided through the evaluations helps breweries refine their production processes, ensuring a trusted quality benchmark for consumers.

亞洲啤酒錦標賽
IPA是“India Pale Ale”的縮寫，直譯為“印度單色艾爾啤酒”，這是一種啤酒花味道濃重的Ale啤酒。IPA在英國生產，最初是為了供應給英國在印度殖民地的一種啤酒。提高了酒精度并增加了啤酒花的添加量，從而提高了啤酒在長途海運中抗變質的能力。

Co-foundersare the husband and wife team of Scott and Carol Hunt. Scott hails from Utah in the Wild West of the USA; Carol is from Sichuan in the Wild West of China. 美西坐落于邛崍市臨邛工業園，占地面積1100平方米。擁有先進的4缸釀造設備及蒸汽驅動，工廠內部配有12個發酵罐，以及專業的罐裝流水線。美西還在廠區打造了自營酒吧，與酒廠相連，坐在這里即可享受最新鮮的美西啤酒，酒廠目前年產量最高可達到600噸。

Wild West Brewing is located in 1100 square meters of industrial space in Qionglai City, WWB has 12 brewing vessels and advanced 4 - cylinder brewing equipment, and a steam drive for brewing multiple batches per day they are also equipped with a professional canning line. WWB is not just set up for national distribution: They also have an on-site taproom you can sit here and enjoy the freshest beer within the factory. The current fermentation capacity is 600,000 liters (600 tons).
對于全國最大白酒原酒基地為何位于邛崍，美西給出了他們自己的解答：邛崍擁有潔凈且富含礦物質的水源。
Scott曾將邛崍的天然水樣板帶回美國實驗室做水質分析，結果發現這里的水源及礦物含量與史上拉格釀造名城——奧地利的維也納驚人相似。即使現代精釀酒廠都有過濾設備及調節酸堿度技術，但有經驗的釀酒師仍深諳天然好水對啤酒的影響力。
在美西酒廠，不需要復雜的反滲透過濾技術便能得到最適合釀造的水源，可謂得天獨厚。
This area in the foothills of the Qionglai mountains boasts incredible water quality. Wild West Brewery is far from the first enterprise to discover this secret - the area has been renowned for its premium baijiu. Water quality is so pristine in the Qionglai foothills that nothing more than a standard filtration system is necessary for the brewing process. Those who have brewed in other parts of China know that in order to achieve quality water, complicating processes like reverse osmosis are usually in order - Scott requires none of that for his Wild West brews. In fact, water samples he brought back to the US for testing revealed something extraordinary: the water in Qionglai shares a mineral profile shockingly similar to that of the water in the ancient brewing hub of Vienna, Austria.

同時，美西啤酒深入踐行可持續發展。有別于傳統的社群打造，美西在培養消費者的同時，更著眼于本地經濟及生態系統。“我們（的設備）必須環保，節能減排的同時大大增加產出。”蒸汽是最清潔的能源，酒廠與一家當地蒸汽動能供應商合作，圍繞酒廠鋪設蒸汽管道，不但降低能源成本，也有更多生態的考量。蒸汽公司使用農作物副產品制造能源，擴展當地農民收入來源，降低損耗浪費。這樣一來，美西酒廠自然成了優質環境鏈的一部分，正如Carol所說：“我們只使用最清潔、最有效且自然的資源。”
Carol also went out to describe Wild West Brewing’s role in more than the craft beer community, but also the local economy and ecosystem. “[Our operations] have to be environmental-friendly. Take much less, bring more,” she says. Wild West Brewing, for example, has teamed up with a local steam plant to take advantage of their resources. They’ve installed a line running from the steam company to the brewery not only to save on costs, but also to save on the energy of maintaining their own generators. The steam plant uses byproducts from local farms to create steam, a much more eco-friendly process than farmers openly burning their waste in their own fields.
