一、信陽東方今典中央城現在入手合適嗎？

信陽東方今典中央城，如果以3年前的眼光來看，位置相對來說會偏一些。經過近幾年的發展，周邊學校、醫院等設施都已經完善。

中央城現在的價格大約在6500/平，在信陽來說價格屬于中等，性價比相對來說是比較高的。東方今典在信陽的名氣還是比較大的，購買大品牌的房產，后期的一些事情我感覺會好很多，最少應該不會出現一房兩賣的情況。

信陽東方經典中央城我去過幾次，小區從綠化到房子間距以及物業都是很好的，價格6500/平，還是比較合適的。

三、東方粵海大酒店怎么樣

酒店標間不錯，干凈整潔，畢竟是這個星級。會議室也不錯，擴音，投影等設備工作正常，服務人員調試也很及時到位，提供水牌等配套物品時也很配合，當然也是收費的。會議辦得挺順利，各方都很滿意。一層自助餐晚宴，與酒店方面洽談，特別圍出了一個VIP區域，單增加了一些魚生刺身和進口啤酒。甜點的水平不錯，推薦抹茶蛋糕和黑森林！總的來說，還是物有所值的。
